Job Summary:
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
