Nature of Job: Chat Process (Back Office)
Designation: Customer Service Associate
Qualification: HSC or Graduate or Post Graduate
Minimum 1 year of International Call Centre or Voice experience require.
Good Communication Skill
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Will be responsible for Chat process with leading international clients.
2. Should have to resolve queries through chats actively
3. Assist Customers with the proper information related to service
4. At times when it's require then have to answer customer queries on Calls
Shift Time : 24 - 7 (Any 9 Hours Shift)
Week Off : Any 2 Days Off
Salary : 25K CTC (22.5K Net + PF + Medical Facility + Incentives)
Interviews will be on Call and Training will be provided Online
Should have own Laptop or Computer and Wifi Connection at home
