5. Documentation : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our internal systems for future reference and analysis.
6. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for customers.
7. Quality Assurance : Adhere to quality standards and performance metrics to consistently deliver high-quality service and meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a chat-based support role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
