- Excellent communication skills in English required
- We are hiring Customer Service Associate for Voice and Chat process
- Preferred BPO experience in Voice & email/chat campaign
- Carefully speaks,write/type messages to ensure professional tone
- Assist customers via Email/ Chat.
- Basic Knowledge of online applications and should be app savvy
- Good comprehension skills
- Analytical & Probing skills
- Fresher are also welcome
- Comfortable working in rotational Shifts.
- 9 hours shift, includes 8 hours work & 1 hour of break.
