Associate - Customer Service (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about products and services to customers and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively seek opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience using CRM software (Customer Relationship Management).
- Knowledge of industry-specific customer service standards and practices.
- Bilingual proficiency in languages relevant to customer base.
