Associate - Customer Service (1-2 yrs)
We Are Hiring for Customer Support Associate for a Voice Process
Minimum Experience - up to 6 months and more
Candidate With Relevant Experience in BPO Industry Are Plus
Location : New Delhi
Offerings : Up to 28 K CTC
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, and general support questions.
- Assist customers in resolving their concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
