Associate - Customer Service (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about products and services.
- Issue Resolution : Identify customer issues and resolve them effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Product/Service Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support.
- Order Management : Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Documentation : Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Customer Feedback : Gather and document customer feedback, and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
- Quality Assurance : Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
- Sales Support : Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business goals.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency.
