Job Description : Customer Service Associate (Work from Home)

Time Zone : Japan
- We are currently seeking Customer Service Associates with excellent Japanese language skills (N1 or N2 level) for a permanent work-from-home role with our client. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients based in Japan.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Handle customer issues and complaints by investigating and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and exceeding expectations
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information
Requirements :
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (N1 or N2 level)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong drive for personal and professional growth
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
- Passionate about working with customers and finding solutions that help them achieve their goals
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Work Environment :
- This is a work-from-home position, providing the flexibility to work remotely.
- The role requires availability during Japan Time Zone working hours.
