Associate - Customer Service (0-2 yrs)
BeeperMD looking for passionate English speaking Customer Service/Support Representatives who are fluent enough to have conversations with US customers.
Role : Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities :
- Interface with US customers via inbound calls.
- Excellent verbal Skills in English.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
- Support customers across telecommunications.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. English Fluency level : Fluent.
2. Immediate joiners will be given first preference
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English.
4. Flexible with a 24/7 Environment.
5. Must have worked with International BPO in voice process.
