Associate - Customer Service (0-2 yrs)
Job Profile :
- Attending to service request of customer and providing customized service
- Maintaining client database with status for each customer
- Responding to Customer inquiries
- Sending policy renewal / Payment reminders to client
- Keeping track of policy expirations
- Talking to employees and helping them with their issues
- Providing the list of all the service request attended to the client
- Providing policy details to customers /employees when needed
- Maintaining policy details for each client in the data base
- Assisting the employees in understanding the policy and its benefits
- Adding /terminating employees as per the request of the employer /client
- Assisting onsite team with proposal/ quotes and other needed support
WORK LOCATION: NACHARAM HYDERABAD
SHIFT TIMING: 7.30PM TO 4.30 AM (NIGHT SHIFT) (USA CLIENTS)
REQUIRED: only FEMALE GRADUATES
- ENGLISH FLUENCY &
- COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE MUST.
