Associate - Customer Service (0-1 yrs)
Job Role : Customer Service - Associate
About the Role :
- We are looking for "Customer Service Associate" for inbound customer service operations.
- In this role, you will be responsible to resolve customer queries, concerns and escalations across channels - calls, chats, emails and social media. It will be a blended process (mix of chats & calls).
- You are expected to work very closely with cross-functional teams to provide instant solutions to customers.
What will you need ?
1. Customer First approach
2. Excellent ENGLISH communication skills written and spoken.
3. Candidates who can speak regional languages in addition to English will be preferred.
4. MS office basics
Work Location :
- Mumbai : Hybrid Work Model
- Post joining : Classroom Training & On the job training is work from office ONLY [First 4 weeks].
- No leaves are allowed in this month.
Tests and Certifications :
- During Interview - Typing test & Versant test clearance is mandatory
- After Classroom Training of 1 month, test has to be cleared, post which certification is given.
Shifts/Weekly Offs :
- Rotational shifts [Night shifts] & rostered weekly offs [6 Days working]
Qualification :
- HSC / Graduation With excellent communication skills [Written and Spoken]
- Typing Speed - 30 WPM Accuracy 95%+
Mandate requirements :
- Must have own laptop with genuine Windows 10, iCore 3 /iCore 5 with 4 GB Ram or above configuration.
- Must have a dedicated workspace at home to ensure no background noise for customer interactions [Calls/Chats etc]
- Must have Internet speed of minimum 50 Mbps
- Good Quality Headsets.
- Power backup in case there are frequent power failures.
