The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- The CSA is accountable for resolving customer issues via calls, email, chat, update information on CRM, follow up with different teams to ensure closure, customer satisfaction, raise SRs when required.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 6 months experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consumer Durables industry.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
