Associate - Customer Experience - EduTech (2-5 yrs)
The Job :
You will be responsible for coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate information. You will be working on addressing client queries with a minimal response time, escalating critical issues to relevant teams like product, development, sales & marketing etc., supporting day-to-day operations by maintaining good relations with existing clients and new accounts acquisitions. You will also be required to support large client onboarding processes on an ad hoc basis.
The Profile :
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Support or Sales Operations role.
- Fair understanding of India's EdTech sector would be a plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to handle critical situations and clients with calm and composure.
- You are a quick learner and have the zeal to perform and deliver beyond what is expected.
- Proficiency in regional languages will be advantageous.
