Associate - Customer Experience - eCommerce (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
2. Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as reports.
3. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined timelines.
4. Call abandoned cart users to understand the reason for their drop off and convert them to make a purchase.
5. Strategize and execute initiatives that will help in creating customer delight.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.
7. Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
8. Make Non-Order Delivery Report calls to the customers for orders that haven't been delivered.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of work experience.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication i.e. English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking over the phone for multiple hours in the day.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Likes talking to new people and understanding new perspectives.
- Has interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Possesses collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
