Associate - Customer Experience (0-3 yrs)
Role Overview:
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional support and resolving issues related to food delivery, orders, payments, and more.
- You'll work closely with our operations, restaurant partners, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience: 6-2 Years. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
2. Communications: Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills. Vernacular language skills will be a plus.
