Need Experienced Candidates for Inbound Tech Sales Voice Process in Rotational shift.
Designation - Tech Sales Associate
Criteria :
1. Should have Good Communication Skills in English. Must be Fluent.
2. Should have prior experience in Tech Support. Should have knowledge in Closing Calls. (Must be a Closure).
3. Must be flexible (Rotational shift)
4. Age Criteria - 18 years to 35 years
5. Education Qualification - Graduates. Undergraduates can also apply. (Minimum 12 pass)
6. Needs to understand the customer problem and resolve their problem by trouble shooting and diagnosing it
7. Needs to handle the call from start to end - Call Closure
Job profile :
1. Receive calls of customer and help them solve their technical problem by trouble shooting or diagnosing.
2. Should have information how to solve problems related to Technical Support in computers, laptops, Mac book or other peripherals such as a router, printer mobile phone etc
3. Should know how to close calls after solving the query.
