Job Description
Designation: Customer Care Associate (sub dept will be dicided by managers for you)
Department: Phone Banking / Axis or IDBI or Janakalyan or Central Bank of India
Sub Departments: Credit Cards - Sales / Collection, Debit Cards - Sales, Retail (Individual Loans like personal, home or vehicle) - Sales, Business Loan - Sales
Reporting to: Team Manager
Training Period: 15 days product training & 1 month on job training
Designatin & Salary hike: After completion of 6 months - training shall be provided for TL, QA, QV, Trainer, or any support staff
Job Profile:
To make calls & Answer calls of the existing customers of the bank
Customers may be from small retail shops who want to take debit card / Credit Card swipe machines, seeking for business loan assistance
OR
May be an individual who is looking to take home loan, personal loan, credit card or debit card
Explain them the benefits, eligibility criteria, documents required for application, interest rates & etc of the product
Pure Day shifts: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Sunday fixed week off
Basic sales targets (if, achieved you will be paid incentives & if not, then only the salary will be paid)

Requirements
HSC Pass
Fresher or Experience in any industry can apply
Age limit: 35 yrs.
Average to Good English is a must
Ready to work in fixed shift i.e. 9.30 am to 6.30 pm & Sunday offs is a must
No Night SHifts
No Rotational Shifts
Must have basic knowledge about Banking & its products like - Benefits of Credit Cards / Loans / Debit Cards and Loans - its types
