Associate - Customer Care - Paint (1-3 yrs)

Main Responsibilities :
- Help and guide customers at their residence by explaining different product and finish options.
- Daily updates of all activities on the CA app
- Site inspection & evaluation for surface defects and recommend most suitable solutions
- Site measurement & preparation of painting estimate as per rate card and after consultation with store owner/Store in charge.
- Appointment of contractors for execution of painting work Supervision of ongoing/WIP sites for ensuring adherence to Asian Paints recommended guidelines and on time work completion. Timely resolution of customer complaints, if any
- Help to generate leads/clients through market visits.
- Explain to customers the various services rendered in the store and direct customers to appropriate sections for expert help Daily reporting of the collections and site status to store owner/store in charge and senior officer
- Maintaining the reports/formats as mandated by company
- Daily updates of all activities on the CA app
- Co-ordinate with contractors and ensure their attendance in all contractor training programs organised by company.
- Cross selling of product categories on PT sites During market
- Scanning provide leads to other team members
