Associate - Creative Solutions (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of compelling creative solutions aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Foster collaboration between internal creative teams, external creators, and brand partners to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality content.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize creative output within budget constraints.
- Oversee all creative output and ensure it aligns with the branding and messaging guidelines of Under 25.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, emerging technologies, and social media developments to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the creative process. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights into the target audience and industry landscape.
- Create compelling and customized proposals and presentations for clients, highlighting the brand solutions, advertising campaigns, and strategies that align with their needs.
- Execution and implementation of brand solutions, ensuring they are delivered within the agreed-upon timeline and budget. Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, production houses, media agencies, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
