Job Description :

- The position of ACD-Copy (Associate Creative Director - Copywriting) is a key role within our agency. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of all copywriting work produced by the creative team. The ACD-Copy will play a crucial role in shaping the messaging and tone for various clients or a specific group of clientele. They will provide guidance, feedback, and recommendations to ensure that all copy meets the highest standards of creativity and aligns with client briefs.

- This role requires a deep understanding of copywriting principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- The ACD-Copy must thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality copy on tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Copywriting Excellence : Maintain the highest quality standards for all copywriting work, ensuring it effectively communicates the desired message, reflects the brand's voice, and engages the target audience.

2. Team Leadership : Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to the copywriting team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that promotes growth and excellence.

3. Client Collaboration : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience, and develop compelling copy that meets their needs.

4. Strategic Thinking : Contribute to the development of creative strategies and concepts, bringing fresh ideas and insights to drive impactful storytelling through copy.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in copywriting or a similar creative field, with a strong background in events.

2. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

3. Exceptional conceptual and writing abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Prior experience in handling events and campaigns for B2B tech brands is a plus.
