Associate Creative Director (8-15 yrs)
- Develop creative solutions and innovations that meet clients- needs
- Promote a culture of creative quality and accountability and ensure creative deliverables meet both our clients- expectations and our own standards of excellence
- Impart outdoor industry expertise and experience to the team
- Conceive and create experience design solutions that meet client objectives
- Effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to both clients and our internal team
- Designing comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables
- Brainstorming and developing campaigns while working with clients on multiple projects at once
- Collaborating and partnering with copywriters to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect synch to make the concept as powerful, vivid and compelling as possible
- Lead a collaborative team of designers, art directors and UI designers
- Assisting the Creative Director to improve the Creative group's technical and creative performance
