As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students on all aspects of
accommodation in abroad, with a particular focus on securing appropriate and comfortable

accommodation. You'll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such

as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and

grow business across categories & territories.

Responsibilities:

- Assist students in understanding different types of housing arrangements, such as university dormitories, private rentals, homestays, and shared apartments.

- Research and identify suitable accommodation options based on students' preferences, budget, and location.

- Collaborate with accommodation providers, real estate agents, and university housing offices to secure housing for students.

- Assist students with accommodation applications, lease agreements, and any related paperwork.

- Prepare students for living abroad by providing information on housing regulations, safety tips, and cultural considerations.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns students may encounter with their accommodation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in student counseling, study abroad advising, or a similar role with a focus on accommodation.

- Strong knowledge of accommodation options for international students and related processes.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and accommodation providers.

- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
