- Map an area by cold visits, internet resources and gather contacts of corporate HR's.
- Connect to corporate HR's via telephone / email to fix up a meeting.
- Pitch recruitment and staffing sales along with manager.
- Discuss pricing and negotiate before onboarding a client.
- Ensure transparent handover of the mandate to servicing team.
- Maintain relationship with onboarded clients and ensure smooth servicing.
- Be very Smart on B2B sales.
