Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation of IT sector Companies, actively hiring in the market for entry level IT roles across multiple job portals, social media & professional networks.
- Actively worked on NEW lead generation, mapping multiple connections in IT Company's Recruitment/TA teams, daily generation of new IT Company names/ HR /TA Teams (Pan India) in each.
- Own complete process of IT Corporate Lead Generation to Conversion, aimed at supporting monthly Placements of Geekster upskilled batch of IT professionals, in multiple new IT recruitment processes.
- Initiate regular Email Marketing/call/meeting connections per week.
- Result oriented mindset with ability to work independently with great efficiency, focus and effectiveness
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Freshers / 1-2 years of experience as Recruitment Sales(B2B)
- Confidence in approaching and responding to prospect client queries on calls/ emails/client meetings.
- Constantly be on the look-out for mapping IT Companies and related TA /Hiring SPOCs in each.
- Comfortable in understanding basic technology roles.
- Graduate or Postgraduate
