Associate - Content - Media (1-15 yrs)

We at Womaniya are building a platform for women of tier 2,3,4 cities of India in Hindi, where they can explore about their intetest areas, express themselves and connect to like minded people.
And this exploring about their interest areas is via exploring content in those areas.
In this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the content(especially video content) and have sound knowledge of content choices of these women.
Responsibilities :
1. We want a generalist, who is jack of all and don't hesitate to explore uncharted territories.
2. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our company goals.
3. Edit, proofread and improve the content coming by partners
4. Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention
Required skills :
1. Should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented
2. Hands on experience with MS Office
3. Familiarity with social media
4. Good time management skills
5. Ability to communicate effectively among the team
6. Have spent at-least some years of their life in tier 2,3,4 city of India
Salary: 3 Lac Per annum
