Job Summary
To lead and oversee our agency sales team in the insurance industry, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Field Sales Manager.
- In addition to having a solid track record of overseeing field agents and increasing sales, the ideal applicant will have a wealth of experience in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish measurable sales goals, keep an eye on team performance, and make sure they are consistently met.
- Create and execute successful sales strategies to optimize company expansion via the agency channel.
- Monitor sales results, do data analysis, and prepare reports on a regular basis for upper management.
- Urge agents to concentrate on building lasting client relationships and to deliver exceptional customer service.
Desired candidate profile
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
- Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
