Job Description :
We are seeking motivated freshers and experienced professionals to join our sales team. The role involves outbound calls to sell the company's IT Cloud services. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate leads and drive revenue.
Job Responsibilities :
1) Cold call targeted clients to generate leads.
2) Generate leads via social networks and online forums.
3) Build databases and follow up with prospects to drive revenue.
4) Prepare proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and follow up via calls and emails.
5) Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes.
6) Conduct market research and suggest new sales strategies.
7) Understand and address client needs promptly.
8) Attend meetings and build strong client relationships.
9) Maintain confidentiality about client details and new leads as per company policy.
Required Key Skills :
1) Graduate with a bold and confident attitude.
2) Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and online forums.
3) Freshers are welcome; sales experience is a plus.
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong convincing power.
5) Quick thinker with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
