Associate - Client Service - Insurance Sector - BPO (0-2 yrs)
Client Service Associate (Night Shift) - for a US BPO - Insurance Sector
- Fluent in English and willing to work in Night shift.
- Attending to service request of customer and providing customized service
- Maintaining client database with status for each customer
- Responding to Customer inquiries
- Sending policy renewal/Payment reminders to client
- Keeping track of policy expiration
- Talking to employees and helping them with their issues
- Providing the list of all the service request attended to the client
- Providing policy details to customers /employees when needed
- Maintaining policy details for each client in the data base
- Assisting the employees in understanding the policy and its benefits
- Adding/terminating employees as per the request of the employer /client
- Assisting onsite team with proposal/ quotes and other needed support
