Job Description :
- Responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, processing account transactions, and supporting our investment advisors.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and distribute client reports and statements
- Maintain accurate client records
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes
