Associate - Client Relationship - Event Management (1-5 yrs)
Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Working Days: Mon to Sat
Shift Hours: 12 pm to 8.30 pm
Job Description :
- Liaising with customers to help them find the perfect venue/vendor for their event using call/WhatsApp/email
- Consistently develop a community of repeat customers by building rapport.
- Ability to problem solve and contribute ideas to improve service for customers.
- Supporting our existing venues and keep them engaged with the booking conversion details.
Skills Required: Team Management, Fluent in English & Hindi, Client Communication
Compensation (Per Month) :
- Fixed: Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000
- Incentives: Rs.3,000 to Rs.10,000
