Associate - Client Relationship (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Initiate and maintain communication with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings to build strong relationships.
- Outreach Campaigns : Conduct outreach campaigns to raise awareness about our programs and services, ensuring clients are informed about our initiatives.
- Information Dissemination : Provide clients with accurate information regarding our services, upcoming events, and how they can get involved.
- Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our database for future reference.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with our programs and services.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; 12th pass with relevant experience considered.
- Experience : Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in client relations or customer service is a plus.
Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
