Associate Circle Head - Sales - Insurance (6-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10-12 front-line employees & BM'S, support and guide the team members in achieving their monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
- Align team members to people and business objectives of the Company
- Engage in joint fieldwork to support assigned team and advisors
- Handhold team of front-line managers and advisors for a long and successful career
- Recruit and develop a team of Unit/Development/Agency managers (Front line employees & BM'S )
- Conduct learning and development sessions for the team at regular intervals
- Initiate lead generation activities to support assigned team to deliver quality & profitable growth by doing need-based selling
- Identify new revenue generation opportunities and maximize market share
Candidate Preference:
- Min 6-7 Years Of Experience in sales and 1-2 year of Experience in Life Insurance & Team Handling
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to convince and influence others
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
- Willing to Travel in the designated region / city
- Local Language preferred
