Job description :
1. Complete team handling role
2. Handle team of BDM's and advisors
3. Hire new on roll employees for team expansion
4. Gain more and more business from your team by motivating team
5. Help every team members grow more and more with sales
6. Maintain daily reports of your team member's performance
7. Achieve monthly sales targets
8. Visit branches of assign territory
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: - 800,000.00 - 1,100,000.00 per year
