- To ensure the productive expansion of the Agency distribution channel through the successful development and retention of early tenure FLS
- Develop early tenure FLS through Confirmation.
- Ensuring team certification for early tenure FLS.
- Develop Knowledge of Local Market dynamics to improve productivity of FLS.
- Help FLS to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide assistance to Circle Managers by driving balanced growth of FLS towards sales target and business quality
