Associate Circle Head - Insurance (5-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- To Manage agency channel sales team and sales team is responsible for managing agents, training agents, and achieving sales targets.
- Sales manager's job role and responsibilities are recruitment and management of agents.
- Handling a team of on-roll employees i.e. (Front Line Sales).
- Maximize performance on sales and quality objectives for the circle.
- To Drive Fls and achieve targets as per the requirements.
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
- Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values.
- Develop a new market strategy.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ Years in Sales and Marketing in the insurance sector as a team lead(Agency Channel)
- CTC: Up to 10.50/11.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
