The Job :
- Our client is looking for a Chat support Associate to solve customer queries.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
- Actively participate in team meetings
Ideal Candidate :
Skills required :
- You possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- You are passionate about customer care
- You have good typing skills of a minimum of 30 WPM
- You should be fluent in written and spoken English
- You should be able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision
- You are a fast learner who is able to work with set targets
