Associate Channel Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners to drive sales.
- Recruit and train new agents to expand the agency network.
- Support agents in meeting their sales targets through guidance and resources.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or BFSI preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
