Associate Category Manager - eCommerce (2-6 yrs)
- 1. Identify and share the available market opportunity for new and existing sub-categories
- 2. Provide support in validating and initiating buying
- 3. Provide support in driving the sales and margin for respective category
- 4. Analyze the returns patterns and take required actions to minimize the return rate
- 5. Track and publish category performance metrics (sales, margins, GOLY, conversion, return rate, AOV, basket size and traffic)
- 6. Track competition with respect to business performance, promotions and productivity and share insights
- 7. Track NPS and understand reasons for low NPS
- 8. Build the category experience landing pages
- 9. Resolve customer complaints as per agreed SLAs
- 10. Understand buying customers- psychographics and repeat buys
- 11. Manage the performance of key accounts
- 12. Lead the sourcing efforts for the assigned category
- 13. P&L ownership
