We are looking out for Catalogue Operations associate for our client office in Bangalore @J P Nagar

Role- Catalogue -Operations associate
Location- J P Nagar - Bangalore
Mode- Hybrid - 3days work form office and 2 days work from home
Experience 1-3 years in Catalogue operations/Client servicng/ e commerce operations
THE JD is as follows-
The main responsibilities are :
- As a Project Operations Executive need to work closely with GR Technology, Account Servicing & Operations Management teams to handle Global Catalogue day to day operational activities such as catalog upload, item status Management, content setup/update, HTML template creation, etc.
The main responsibilities are:
- Able to handle account Servicing & Project Operations Management.
- Liaise with various counterparts to follow up and resolve Maritz queries related to Global Catalogue Solution.
- Able to gain knowledge on new systems / Global Catalogue quickly and work efficiently to complete assigned operational tasks.
- Perform Data clean up and validation checks for order processing and upload to the system for further processing.
- Perform complete internal UAT and final QC on the functional change in the
- Global Catalogue Solution to ensure quality deliverables.
- Monitor orders processing on daily basis, take defined actions as applicable, and report issues, if any.
-Having clear communications and own the task until completion and making sure it is completed
within specified SLAs.2

Requirements:
Graduate or above
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Operations, Client Servicing, E-Commerce.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Sound knowledge of SDLC.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, HTML, Ticketing System (Jira), and Functional testing.
- Experience in CRM, ERP, E-Commerce, Loyalty & Rewards, and Catalogue management.
- Multi-functional and team player.
- Preferred from e-commerce, Rewards & Loyalty, or similar domains Industries.
- Good with MS Office tools and proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Should have a fair knowledge of HTML and ticketing systems (Jira).
- Should have good functional testing abilities.
- Diligent, self-motivated, flexible and responsible.
- Well, organized with strong time management skill.
- Team player and problem solver with good analytical ability.
- Detail-minded, excellent with numbers and result driven.
