Designation: Associate Business Manager
The sales strategy is to partner with corporates (any corporate with more than 200 employees) and provide loans to their employees. In a way it's a B2B2C sales approach. This is not just a typical sales job, where all you are tracked on is only sales numbers. Here, you own the complete customer portfolio and are responsible for the end to end customer acquisition and portfolio management, for marketing and building relationships in the corporates so that employees working in these corporates download our mobile app and buy the loan. Our belief is that sales
is not done by forcing products down the customer's throat. But by making the product so damn exciting, topping it up with the most innovative marketing and providing the best customer service experience. So, in effect, that's what your role will be.
1. Onboarding and managing corporates:
i. Meeting the corporates
ii. Making presentations
iii. Relationship building with these corporates
2. Acquiring customers in these corporates:
i. Meeting the acquisition targets
ii. Managing and growing the business with each corporate
iii. Cross-sell and up-sell new products to the employees
iv. First point of contact for corporate issue resolution
3. Monitor the credit performance of your portfolio:
i. You are just not responsible for sales, but also for credit performance
ii. Track your portfolio on early warning signals on customer performance parameters
iii. Ensure the portfolio performs on the credit quality benchmarks
