Business development team work is to ensure client satisfaction with an organization's product or service. Their tasks include cold calling and meeting clients, achieving onboarding and revenue targets, New business opportunity and onboarding clients.
Job Description :
- Sales
- Contacting and onboarding new clients that have reached out to us.
- Monitoring and growing Share of Wallets with the onboarded clients.
- Identifying areas of concerns and actively participating in implementing needful actions.
- Ensure revenue targets are met
- Performance review meeting with prospective clients to enhance base
- Managing the payable for the onboarded clients.
Skills & Expectation :
- Proficient in MS office especially, Excel, Word and Power-point
- Persuasive with details and facts
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
- Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Good communication skills and analytical skills
