Job Responsibilities:

- The primary task is to call people up and pitch about our services and get them onboard on our platform. But this is not a robotic call center sales. This is a very typical in person sales, where every call is different and Real estate expertise needs to build up.

- Female candidate is required.

- Candidate should be sincere, with excellent communication skills, and fluent in English, with a decent sales aptitude.

- Any experience in the past will be good.

- At minimum 1 year of work experience in any field is mandatory.

- Preferably, in a sales or CRM kind of role where front-end client interaction was there will be perfect.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead generation of potential customer through all possible channels

- Sales to all potential leads via all possible methods like Calls, email, Whatsapp or face to face meetings

- Lead perusal, sales and on-boarding of the customer on the platform

- Ensuring data capture, metrics tracking and business intelligence

- Ensuring continuous improvement steps are taken to evolve as business

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills. Proficient in both Hindi & English

- Excellent Customer service skills

- Good sales expertise

- Business Intelligence skills

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

- A graduate from any discipline is mandatory

- Minimum 1 yr experience in sales

- Sales experience in a Real estate developer/IPC preferred

- Female Preferred
