Short-Form Video Ecosystem

Responsibilities :

- Enable and lead the deal-making and negotiation process for content investments in India

- Work closely with the Deals Lead to structure and negotiate commercials with existing and potential short form video creators and their agencies

- Inform in the creation of the necessary policy and legal agreements to support programs, then negotiate said agreements with partners and help execute

- Support deal flow all the way from contracting to deal onboarding to payment flows.

- Support program creation leveraging quantitative analysis and industry research

- Represent the company in meetings with executives from other companies

- Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment

Requirements :

- BA or BS degree

- 8+ years- experience in content acquisition or business development, out of which 4+ years in a

short form video app or an agency dealing with short form video creators

- Ability to define, develop and lead programs in a changing environment

- Experience with direct deal negotiation, including comfort with the legal aspects of negotiations

- Facility for identifying strategic concerns and driving internal stakeholders to a consensus

- Interpersonal skills and ability to develop working relationships both inside and outside of of the company.

- Knowledge of media (traditional & digital), online business models, video communities and Internet/consumer technology

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to learn about new technologies
