Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, cold calls, emails, and online platforms.

- Sales Presentations : Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating how the company's IT solutions meet their business needs.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and progress through the sales funnel.

- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with the technical and product teams to understand the company's offerings and how they can be tailored to client requirements.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies to inform sales and marketing efforts.

- Negotiations and Contracts : Assist in negotiating terms, pricing, and closing deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

- Reporting : Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.
