Associate - Business Development/Sales (3-4 yrs)
1. Purpose of the position
The marketing & sales manager manages the day to day marketing and sales activities of the organization, and long term marketing strategy for the company.
2. Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing all marketing activities for the company.
- Developing marketing strategy for the company.
- Market intelligence- be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, be the expert on your competitor and how to crush them.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with the sales activities.
- Make sales targets on a quarter, half yearly and yearly basis
- Fulfill sales targets & volumes
- Preparing and completing field sales and action plans.
- Preparing annual budget for marketing, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances
- Meet marketing & sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
- Developing annual sales quota for regions, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing and new products, monitoring costs, competition, supply & demand.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
