- Business acquisition / Retention
- Preparing Business datasheets, Information Memorandums and presentations for all businesses
- Retaining the once active clients on a regular basis so as to have consistent business flow from them for the organization.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Managing customer-centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
- Provide complete and comprehensive information on products,services, charges, etc. proactively to the customer and ensure the best services are provided to them.
- Analyzing the customer's requirements and building an aggressive deal plans to acquire large prospective customers through leads/referrals/self-sourcing / micro-marketing activities.
- Conducting analysis to assess prevalent business / financial /economic environment.
- Investigating and understanding key business issues behind the numbers and providing clear, concise, and timely analysis.
- Identifying appropriate products which are in consonance to the clients' business goals.
