Title: Real Estate Associate (Business Development)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Real Estate Business Development to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at identifying new opportunities and executing deals for domestic and NRI clients. The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition, sale, leasing and management of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, investors, and industry partners.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and enhance client engagement.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and build relationships.

2. Deal Execution:

- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.

- Support the due diligence process, including financial analysis, property assessments, and market studies

- Excellent command over the documentation process.

- Keep abreast of the market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities.

3. Client Management:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for domestic clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication.

- Manage client relationships to foster trust and loyalty, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on business development and deal execution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.

- Proficiency in power point and excel

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
