Associate - Business Development - Real Estate (1-7 yrs)
Our client is India's largest integrated platform for Real Estate & Mortgages and one of the fastest growing Proptech platforms in UAE, Rest of Middle East, Australia & Canada. The company is also building B2B disruptive SaaS platforms for stakeholders such as Developers, Banks and Agents. It ranks in the top 20 consumer tech start-ups in India in terms of GTV (~USD1bn), top 50 in terms of revenue (~USD50mn) and is amongst the handful of consumer tech startups in India which are profitable.
The company is looking for a Business Development Executive to further increase its reach. This is a very exciting opportunity at one of the leading startups in the country.
Job Description :
- Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
- Identifying customers, giving presentations and closing the deals independently.
- Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
- Develop brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
- Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments.
Requirements :
- Experience of minimum 6 months in Business Development, Client Servicing or Sales
- Real Estate, Hospitality and Insurance sectors will be preferred
Compensation :
Upto 5 LPA (Negotiable)
