Associate - Business Development - Professional Services (1-3 yrs)
- We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, and self-driven market/business development associates, with an interest in B2B sales and account management in a professional services context to join us to help grow our platform.
Key responsibilities :
1. Work on business development for one or more expertise domains (industry, function) and/or key accounts
2. Work on client outreach and business development
3. Engage with clients to understand requirements
4. Identify right-fit experts, organize calls/meet-ups with clients
5. Enable final selection of experts and closing contracts
6. Work on client relationship management to generate new leads/requirements
7. Direct consultant outreach and empanelment
8. Identify the right experts to join our Network using social media/referrals
9. Organize the curation process to assess experts and impanel them
10. Work on digital and social media marketing
Skills & Requirements :
1. Our ideal profile should have interest and experience in B2B selling, managing key accounts, and relationships with senior stakeholders in organizations
2. Strong understanding of business
3. An academic business degree will be required
4. Motivated and energized by our business concept
5. Strong communication skills
6. Entrepreneurial and a relationship builder
7. High degree of ownership and commitment
8. Comfortable donning multiple hats
9. High degree of personal and professional integrity
10. We are looking for freshers with some relevant internship experience in sales/business development/account management
11. We are open to candidates with BMS/BMM/BA-Eco/BBA and BTech/BE backgrounds
