Your Role:
The Patent Research Business Development Specialist will play a vital role in driving new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients, identifying target markets, and building strong relationships within the industry.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with potential clients in industries such as technology, healthcare, consumer goods, and beyond, to understand their patent research needs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads, acquire new accounts, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and proposals that address the specific needs and objectives of prospective clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on patent strategy, competitive analysis, and intellectual property trends.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and changes in patent law to effectively position our services and differentiate us in the market.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our visibility and reputation within the intellectual property community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
